If you need to cancel your reservation you can do so free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. To guarantee your stay, the hotel may charge the amount of the first night at any time after booking, as a deposit.
🔹 Practical example: If you have a reservation for August 10, you can cancel it free of charge until August 3. If you cancel after that date, you will lose the deposit for the first night.
If you do not show up at the hotel on the day of your arrival, your reservation will remain active only for the first night. After that it will be cancelled without refund.
In case of early departure the total amount of the reservation will be charged, regardless of the number of nights enjoyed.
💳 Payment and guarantee: The total amount of the stay will be paid upon arrival at the hotel. To guarantee the reservation, a credit card will be requested, which can also be used to charge the deposit for the first night.
